Clean Streams LLC is a consulting company that provides regulatory support (Clean Water Act etc) and NPDES Municipal Separate Stormsewer System Permit (MS4) support and industrial stormwater permit (12-SW) support for federal, state, county and local governments and for other MS4 and 12-SW permittees such as school systems, universities, military bases, private industrial sites, We also provide watershed management planning, TMDL planning, WIP creation, Impervious Acre Treated (IAT) support, IDDE planning and execution and Erosion and Sediment Control (ESC) support. We also do stormwater BMP facility inspections, Illicit Discharge Detection and Elimination (IDDDE), on Good Houskeeping, training on Good Housekeeping for MS4 permittees and lead mandatory annual training for 12-SW industrial stormwater permit holders.
