Membership in Patriot is open to anyone who lives, attends school, works, regularly conducts business or worships in Frederick County, Maryland; Washington County, Maryland, Franklin County, Pennsylvania; and the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia – Berkeley, Jefferson and Morgan Counties, with branch offices in Frederick (MD), Hagerstown (MD), Chambersburg (PA), Waynesboro (PA), and Shippensburg (PA).
