Eileen Rivera Ley, MBA is not a “high functioning low vision” professional but she is an “average Harvard and Wharton School grad.” As a nationally respected trainer, advocate, and thought leader in the disability and health arena, she has dedicated herself to unlocking the potential of the next generation. Through an innovative partnership with David De Notaris’ company, Sky’s the Limit Communications, and her company, Blind Savvy USA, has helped create the ACE Academy Online for blind students it includes ACE Advocacy Academy and the Ace College Workshop for blind and low-vision youth.
